Understanding the end game of your new rehab project decides the approach you take. It affects where you look to buy. It informs how you fund. It chooses the finishes. If you don't understand how to approach a project, your profit margin could suffer - or throw you out of the game. Flipping: The Big Picture This month, we are having an overview discussion about flipping a property. Kim will be moderating and asking questions. This will be a chance for you first-timers to gain direction. You experienced folks can share your wisdom and mentor our less-experienced members. Here are a few questions we want to talk about: • How do I vet a property for flip potential w/o spending tons of time and money? • How do I make sure I can stay on budget? • What kind of people do I need on my team? • Is there an order of construction? • How do I handle sub-contractors? • How do I decide finishes like flooring, cabinets, etc? • How do I regain my money quickly when I'm done?
