Ever read Autobiography of a Yogi? Heard of Babaji and Yogananda?
Well, here is your chance to learn a sacred practice that calms the mind and body in preparation for meditation. I am a certified teacher for The World Peace Mission and it is my great honour and privilege to offer this workshop to all who are keen to find peace within.
Peace begins with you and I finding that wonderful calm centre inside. When you are at peace, your home, your family, your workplace are all positively affected and life is a graceful unfolding. Please bring some vegetarian food to share at lunch.

Start at 11am - introduction to the practice and background to the World Peace Mission.
11.30 - Learn the kriya breaths.
1pm - Lunch (bring and share)
2pm - Deepening the Practice
3pm - Guided meditation and Meditation for world peace.
4pm - Break for tea
4.15pm - Questions, answers and concluding practice.
5pm - Farewells.
