Dance your way to fitness HOT HULA style!
Join us for a Polynesian dance-inspired workout! We'll be shaking our way to fitness Island style. Great for males and females alike, and all age and fitness levels. No dance experience required. Bring your water for rehydrating, a towel for drying, and a sarong for shaking! If you don't have a sarong, don't fret; you can borrow one. Classes are $15 per session. We accept cash, Venmo & Zelle. Free parking located in the rear; entrance is off California. If searching for directions on MapQuest or other app, please be sure to search in Venice, not Santa Monica. ***You must RSVP to attend*** We must have at least 2 participants to rent the room.

Welcome to our MDR HOT HULA Ohana! "Ohana" means "family," and "family" means "no one gets left behind!"

HOT HULA fitness® is a fun, new and exciting dance workout. It provides a “total body workout” in 6o minutes. HOT HULA fitness® isolates your larger muscle groups, increasing strength and definition to your core with specific emphasis on the abs, glutes, quads and arms. Inspired by the dances of the Pacific Islands, HOT HULA fitness® incorporates easy-to-perform dance movements set to the sounds of traditional Polynesian drum beats fused with funky Reggae music, resulting in a modern, hip fitness workout. All ages and fitness levels will enjoy HOT HULA fitness®. Join the hundreds of HOT HULA fitness® enthusiasts in achieving weight-loss and fitness goals. You'll sweat away the calories while having fun!
