The sitting practice of mindfulness meditation creates the space to become more present with ourselves and our breath. The practice is personal yet profound. Through a consistent practice we can create new neural pathways in our brain the help to cultivate patience, tranquility, perspective, and optimal health.
In this 45 minute class a new topic will be introduced during each class that will help you build upon your own personal practice. You will then be guided into a meditation where you will enjoy your own personal transformation. Meditation time will be 20 minutes.
