About This Workshop
With the unions on strike, and with production shut down at most studios, now is a great time to launch a podcast. A podcast, just like a film or television production, can get listed on IMDB. The credits are meaningful and can help you get work going forward.
Podcasts easily and almost instantly can get worldwide distribution, so it is a great way to get fans if you are a writer, actor, or producer. And you can use them to sell your work, promote your social media sites, and prove to funders, studios, et al. that you've got what it takes to create high value work.
Ensure your career doesn't grind to a halt and learn how to create a really enjoyable form of content to produce. It's good business and lots of fun.
