Workshops: 9 am- Emotional Intelligence. Learn to understand and manage your emotions and others emotions to strengthen the relationship with yourself and others. Instructor: Charity Loring, LMSW 10:45 am- Gyrokenesis Exercise your body through this beautiful, flowing, empowering musical work out. Instructor: Charity Loring, LMSW 2:15 pm-Yoga for every Body Regardless of your skill level or lack of experience, this yoga class is for every body. Rachel teaches within a nurturing and empowering approach. Instructor: Rachel Kain 3:30 pm- Pain-less Learn self alignment and supportive techniques in your day to day life to give you less physical pain. Instructor: multiple instructors 4:45 pm- Healthy Self Image through Belly Dance! Learn therapeutic self empowerment techniques while also having fun in this beginner level belly dance class. Taught by mental health therapist and dance instructor, Charity Loring, LMSW. Space is limited. To Provide a comfortable atmosphere, Only 20 Full Day passes are available. 10 individual passes available for each individual workshop. Day pass Payment feature to be posted soon. Deadline: 2/28/2017, 5:00 p.m. Our committee will review all letters and vote. Beneficiaries will be awarded a Full Day pass at 1/2 the price and contacted via email. Do as you wish! Attend all the workshops, some or just rest when you need a break. Feel free to take breaks in the Chill room when you need to. This day is for you, so you do as you wish! ​ The Chill room will be equipped with free Art Therapy crafts, chill music, essential oil diffuser in the room, coloring and comfortable seating. Snacks, Coffee & Tea - Free Snacks, Coffee & Tea all throughout the day. Massage - Additional Cost. Offered by Licensed practitioner Jayne Evelyn. Bring Cash. $1 per minute after that. Bowen Body Work - Additional Cost. $15 for 30 min.
