This is a group for those (esp seniors) stressing out from the challenges of work, mid-life changes and aiming to age healthily. Research into healthy living constantly tells us that : 1. exercising at least 30 mins , 3x weekly 2. a keto diet 3. Mindfulness meditation 4. Challenging the Brain - are keys to surviving health problems, thriving at work/ retirement and aging healthily.
