This class offers the fundamentals of a Mindfulness Practice based upon the foundation of Vipassana Meditation. This practice teaches how one might escape from the myriad of daily thoughts that create stress, anxiety, self-doubt and worry in our lives.....how to respond to your thoughts and feelings rather than react in ways that are counter-productive to your health and well being. If you choose to continue, you may enroll in 5 continuing meetings as you take steps in a new journey on your life’s path .

Chairs are provided. You may bring a chair pillow or you may sit on floor with a pillow. Paper & pen should you wish to take notes.

Class is 45-60 min of Powerpoint lecture, discussion & questions. 30 minutes of teaching & experiencing the the technique. Should you wish to continue, you may enroll in a 5 week class of continued instruction and practice. (affordable donation)
