Hi all, we are going to meet in a cosy and relaxed environment and talk about different life topics and do app. 30 minutes of meditation.
We might dive into areas such as loving yourself, food for health, relationship challenges, dealing with stress, staying calm on the inside whatever the outer circumstances, our reactions to every day situations, what we focus our energy on, our daily habits, who&what we listen to, etc. Sort of like girls getting together and diving a bit deeper than usually; exploring, sharing and empowering each other.
We will start with a short relaxation/meditation to get into here&now. Then we will talk about whatever comes up (you are more than welcome to suggest any topic!; I will have prepared a set of questions to challenge our brain cells, too). Then, we will finish with app. 20-30 minutes of guided meditation. Everyone who comes is open, gentle and non-judgemental. If you feel that you could benefit from an event like this, come and join us!
The event normally takes place every last Wednesday of a month but check the group's calender to see if there are any changes.
I am organising this meet-up in my home in Kingsmead, Milton Keynes. I will send you the address a day before the event.
