"The Safe-house" [NO, he just DIDN'T !!] As a Level-Set, can we agree that Lean-Agile-DevOps is fundamentally about this: early/often high-quality, highest priority value delivery with minimal waste for Bzn & IT [missing anything ? ] TOP 10 problems with SCALING 1. Forgetting about the people side of using ANY framework within your company 2. Not understanding the problems we are trying to solve by moving to Lean-Agile-DevOps 2.a. Not understanding the actual goals/benefits [the North Star] of moving toward Lean-Agile-DevOps 3. Companies that declare too-early they are already good at Lean-Agile-DevOps, yet little-to-NO formal training/sharing/learning/growing has occurred in this way of working 3.a. Using the framework [the practices part] without learning/ understanding all the underlying values/principles, as well as the anti-patterns across decades of Lean-Agile-DevOps attempts 4. People who pretend to understand Lean-Agile-DevOps so they can get a better job, posting many false-hoods on their profiles 5. thinking "doing" and "being" are the same when it comes Lean-Agile-DevOps 6. Not admitting that there is a chasm between traditional approach and Lean-Agile-DevOps [let's sprinkle agile dust and make our projects go faster] 7. Not understanding that not everyone in your company really wants to work in a Lean-Agile-DevOps mode [these people may be unwilling for various personal reasons] 8. There are MANY false ideas about what Lean-Agile-DevOps even is. [ they might say "Its about being flexible" ..., and then they twist that word to mean whatever they think/want] 9. "They" say Lean-Agile-DevOps will not work here, even though "They" know very little. 10. ..Buzzwords....and ....Other observations you have..... / _______________________________________________________ extra info below - NOT required reading ____________________________________________ and in case you want to check out some scaling courses in MKE/Chicago, check here: https://www.omni3systems.com/ payment plans & discounts for members of this Meetup Group are avail [whether you attend this Top-10 event or not] - MKE SAFe courses during 3rd full week of Feb: ...
