Penny is starting to run group training sessions again but this time on Tuesdays at Tongwell Lake starting at 6:30pm. Meet at the CarPark opposite Volkswagen building.
Outdoor exercise using body weight, partnered activities and the benches as we work our way around the lake using various exercise movements!
If your goal is to move more, get fitter, get stronger and who knows...lose fat loss and inches in the process then come along on Tuesday to give it a try.
This is NOT a bootcamp for large groups. It is for those of you that would like individual guidance whilst exercising so we work in small groups.
