What we're about

Main Line Unitarian Church's Meditation and Spiritual Practice Groups are supportive groups of people interested in exploring spirituality or practicing meditation & mindfulness. We welcome everyone. The primary meeting place for our meditation groups is at 816 S Valley Forge Rd, Devon, PA 19333. We offer weekly open meditation groups, committed groups typically organized around going deeper into a specific topic, periodic classes & events, and retreats. Sunday Open Meditation 1

MLUC's Sunday Open Meditation 1 is open to everyone, beginners or experienced meditators, Church members or visitors. We begin with a short meditation (10 minutes), explore a topic together, and then conclude with a longer (20-25 minutes) meditation.

Meditation Group II

Online event

MLUC Meditation Group II meets every Sunday from 11:30 am to noon. We begin by greeting each other after which one of us reads a short passage with a message to help our daily sitting practice and our daily lives. We sit for 20 minutes in silence. Occasionally, we listen to a guided meditation from Insight Timer library. At the end, we take a few minutes in case anyone wishes to share their thoughts or concerns; this is optional and those who wish to leave immediately following the meditation are welcome to do so.

No prior experience needed. All welcome!
