"Calm the Mind" Guided Group Meditation

Set aside some time right now to get in touch with your true, inner, divine guidance.

Join us Tuesday evening for our weekly, guided, group meditation. First, we'll focus on the chakras -- the energy centers of the body – to cleanse, center and balance. Then we quiet the mind -- turn off those thoughts, worries, concerns -- let them float away. And then, with the energy and light flowing, we’ll travel on higher levels and tune into your own divine guidance, your own inner wisdom.

The mission of our guided meditation is to center the mind, body and spirit, to be in a calm and relaxed state mentally and physically, to be open and receptive to receiving our own inner knowledge from these higher sources.

Everyone is welcome, no religion, no dogma, no judgment, no expectations, just an excellent group of like-minded individuals gathering together in a supportive, divinely-protected, sacred space inside the Transformational Healing Center in Pleasant Hill.
