MY FIRST VISIT
STEP 1: Go to the Rental Shop (Zone 2) and pick up your equipment and your ski ticket.

STEP 1: Book your lesson 48 hours in advance with customer service.
STEP 2: Show up at customer service (Zone 3) at least one hour before your lesson to confirm your presence and take possession of your ski ticket.
STEP 3: Go to the Rental Shop (Zone 2) to take possession of your equipment.
STEP 4: You’re ready to enjoy the trails!

Need a ride? You must email a driver and ask for a ride - it is not acceptable to state "I need a ride" and expect people to offer you space in their car. You, the reader, acknowledge that participation in a hiking activity carries with it inherent risks including, but not limited to, the risk of injury. It is the responsibility of each participant of a trip to familiarize themselves with the risks of hiking and other activities including but not limited to snow-shoeing, to weigh those risks against the advantages, and to decide whether or not to participate. The hiking club executive, organizers, and members cannot and will not assume liability in respect of any of these risks, dangers, hazards and liabilities. Participants further acknowledge that it is their responsibility to ensure that they carry adequate medical, extended health, dental and accident insurance coverage, as well as protection for personal possessions. It is the participant’s individual responsibility to verify that they are in good health and are physically capable of carrying out the hiking activity or any activity organized by the hiking club. Therefore, in consideration of being allowed to participate, individuals release the hiking club, and it's organizers, executive, web masters, email senders and members from all liability in respect of any personal injury suffered, any damage or loss of personal property, which may arise out of participation in a hiking club activity.
THE MEETUP UP WILL BE CANCELLED IF RAIN IS IN THE WEATHER FORECAST THE DAY OF EVENT. A message will be posted on the meetup site by 8:00 am if the event is to be cancelled. The meetup may be cancelled due to unknow circumstances but members will be told 24 hours in advance with a message on the meetup site.
