MEMBERS MUST OWN THEIR SNOWSHOES.
The park has more than 10 kilometers of groomed forest trails, where you can observe the beauty of the local flora and fauna. 2 kilometers on the riverside is accessible to persons with reduced mobility. The trails are mechanically groomed in winter for walking and sleigh rides. There are picnic tables and benches scattered about where you can relax. In winter, two heated huts are provided. You can rent snowshoes and poles on-site. From the top of the mountain you get views towards Mont Gabriel and the landscape around Sainte-Adèle.
Rates: 5 and under: free; 6 to 14: $2.50; 15 and over: $6. Fishing: $13. Groups of 15 and more: 15% reduction. Annual passes available.
Schedule: April 15 to November 30: daily, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. December 1 to March 30: every weekend and on weekdays during the Christmas period and school holidays.
DIRECTIONS: Highway 15 North, exit 67 Direction Ste-Adele Centre-Ville. Right on St-Joseph/Valiquette, continue on St-Joseph for 650m, Left on rue Rolland, continue 4.5 km, Left on chemin de la Doncaster, to park entrance 4675 chemin de la Doncaster, Ste-Adele, J8B 1R8, tel. [masked] or[masked]-6686. Travel time est 1 hour.
Need a ride? You must email a driver and ask for a ride - it is not acceptable to state "I need a ride" and expect people to offer you space in their car. Update your RSVP comment to state "I have a ride with XYZ". You must have a confirmed ride (or, if you are driving & no passengers, say "I'll meet you there") the day before meetup or you will be switched to the bottom of the waiting list. Gas contribution $20.00 person
Have room in your car? Please indicate in your RSVP if you can take passengers and how many. Please update the number of remaining seats in your car. Exchange cell or home tel. numbers in case of last minute changes or emergency.

If you plan a supper after your hike ,situated 30 minutes away from your route ,please factor in the difference !

Participant Information and Responsibility Waiver
The Montreal Outdoor Adventurous & Active Singles Group is a club for people who want to get outside and get active. All outings/activities are coordinated by volunteers and not by certified guides. All participants undertake these ventures on a totally voluntary basis understanding the risks involved.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your current health status allows you to participate in any given activity. You also hereby agree to cooperate with the group and respect the requests made of the group by the activity Organizer.
I fully understand that outdoor activities carry with them a certain amount of risk. I acknowledge and accept all risks for injury or damage which I or a minor in my care might suffer during any Club outing activity. I hereby release the group and the activity organizer/s from all responsibility for any injury to myself or minor(s) in my care and release the said GROUP and organizer/s from any and all claims including any claims which might be made in my name by my heirs, successors, administrators, and executors of my will.

THE MEETUP UP WILL BE CANCELLED IF RAIN IS IN THE WEATHER FORECAST THE DAY OF EVENT. A message will be posted on the meetup site by 7:00 am if the event is to be cancelled. The meetup may be cancelled due to unknow circumstances but members will be told 24 hours in advance with a message on the meetup site.
