What we’re about
This is a group for anyone interested in Real Estate Investing. All skill levels are welcome. Wholesaling, Rehabbers, Landlords, Note Buyers, Hard Money Lenders and Flippers. Learn real estate investing with your TSP, IRA and other tools you never thought of. This group was started back in 2002 and continues to meet with other like minded investors. Our goal is to help you become successful in your real estate investing business.
Currently, as of October, we are meeting on ZOOM for our regular monthly meeting, the second Thursday of each month. We always include good usable content that will give you a jump on your investing immediately.
Third Thursday, we are getting together for dinner night. Talk and enjoy other like-minded investors and enjoy a meal. Dinners will be at different locations each month.
Fourth Thursday, Is cashflow game night. Learn real estate investing strategies on a board game before you hit the streets.
Dinner is our "meet and greet" for new coming members. For all other events, dues are $15 per month or $150 per year.
This education covers all aspects of creating wealth thru real estate. This is the cheapest education you will find for the content. We have a network of investors, instructors and mentors from all across the country that believe in REAL education... NOT up-selling.
