Interesting movie. I didn't quite buy into the reality of the world, that it would be easy to fall love with an OS or that people around you would be okay with it. Also, the ending was a bit perplexing, and nobody seemed to be bothered about what happened or were outraged that they lost money (if they used that in this future world) on an OS that left them. Still, it was an interesting commentary on people and that while we do enjoy verbal communication and interaction, without the physical aspects, the relationship isn't quite whole. Thanks for coming out to the film, and to Jack Astors after.

This was a terrific night out. I had high expectations for the movie but it threw in a few fun and interesting points I didn't expect. And the quality of the company matched that of the movie. Some great discussions. I;m even happy the service was a little slow cuz it made everybody have to stay longer to talk. (I may tip the servers in future to go slow). Thanks Phil!

Just bought my ticket. You may want to buy your tickets online at www.cineplex.com to avoid lineups or a sell out. Also, please do your best to be on time. I'll only wait at the meetup spot until 7:05pm. Last time to cancel is 5pm, so after that time, we'll be expecting you. If you show up late, we'll gather outside of the auditorium after the movie. Here's the link to the cineplex page for the tickets (7:20pm show) http://cineplex.com/Showtimes/her/scotiabank-theatre-toronto

Hi all, it looks like we have a big group for this film, so if you could start showing up around 6:50pm that would be great. I'll send the first bunch of people in to start grabbing seats.
