Yes, that's a total core workout in 60 minutes! This group caters to this would like to surround themselves with the lush greenery of Bishan - Ang Mo Kio Park while doing Pilates.
We offer private mat and reformer classes for 1-3 persons to zone in on the core work and ensure quality work outs. The location can also be indoors OR outdoors for those who enjoys the nature and fresh air. The sessions can also be customised specifically for those who has specially needs such as sports conditioning, pre or post natal, pre-wedding couples or even those for simply want to have an ab core work out.
NOTE: We encourage movement and fitness within the group, hence we would require members to be actively doing Pilates with the group, otherwise membership maybe temporarily be canceled. You may renew your membership anytime.
