  • Ride to Mt Horeb along the Military Ridge Trail

    Military Ridge Trailhead Parking Lot

Beautiful early fall ride along the Military Ridge Trail to Mt Horeb and back. This is a mostly flat ride through prairie and farm land. We will pass the Epic campus, Riley Tavern, a couple of streams, then on to Mt Horeb. This is a crushed gravel trail. You will need a 2016 WI Annual State Trail Pass or purchase a day pass where we start in Verona. About 30 miles round trip. This is the perfect ride to join us for the first time. I look forward to meeting you at our next ride. We have 72 members of Madison EBike MeetUp. Please suggest a time or day that would work better for your schedule. We are going to avoid all the Badger Football Saturdays and have our rides on Sundays. Would you like to meet earlier or latter to add in the possibility of stopping for food - breakfast or lunch? See you then! Pam
