Meditations For Daily Life

On Tuesdays we are focusing on meditation. Each class we have 3 guided meditations; a settling down meditation to start, then we have a short talk on some practical advice from Buddha's teachings that can can improve anyone's life.  We meditate on that topic and following that experience we have a brief open discussion about "how the meditation practice was for us". After the feedback and discussion we try again to meditate on the same topic.  This way people have more success the second time and they are encouraged to continue at home. Please feel welcome regardless of your level of experience. 

We have chairs, cushions and meditation tables available.

The group is growing and right now is 5-7 people.
