Join yoga/pilates instructor, Jessica Baack and ultradistance trail runner, Jonnah Perkins, for this energizing workshop that brings focus to the strength and mindfulness that are part of healthy, productive running. Jonnah and Jessica believe that training on trails creates the most well-rounded runner and that a simple movement practice of yoga and pilates can create and sustain a lifelong runner.
