Slow Flow Sundays

Welcome to slow flow sundays :) A slightly gentler slower practice than my tuesday vinyasa class at Biddulph High. This class will be a Hatha based practice followed by a FREE 15 minute guided meditation. This practice will relax your mind whilst stretching your body leaving you feeling revitalized and ready for the monday ahead. Hatha yoga is the traditional ancient form of yoga and involves connecting with and holding poses for multiple cycles of breath, activtating the body and engaging mula bandha (pelvic floor). This class is welcome to all, even complete beginners as I will give variations of poses to suit different levels.

For FREE at the end of class I will provide a guided meditation so you can truly enjoy your end savasana and quieten the mind after a lovely practice.

This class is weekly and is at Mow Cop Community Hall at the top of Mow Lane (Congleton Road). Ring me[masked] if you have any problems.
