no, just like to stay in generally good shape.

would prefer tuesday night runs at 5 or 5:30 instead of 6:30. Would prefer sunday am runs a little later than 8:30 in the morning.
HI, I'm Rick. I play a few sports and run moderately to try and stay in some sort of shape, nothing super serious or long distance! I do like the 'runner's high' feeling though. I have a Weimaraner who is fun to run with, and is tireless!
