This group is for anyone looking for social accountability to GET SH*T DONE! Starting that side hustle? Working on your dissertation? Stuck halfway through that big project? We're here to support you working toward your goals, whatever those might be.

Each work session will begin with a brief mindfulness exercise to ground us in the present. Group members will identify what they're working on in the session. We will then use the Pomodoro method, spending 25 minutes working independently on our projects, followed by a 5-minute social break. We'll repeat the 25 minutes of work + 5-minute break for two to four total cycles, depending on the needs/availability of the host and group. Our Meetup will end with a check-out celebrating progress made during the session. Join us to spend some dedicated time working toward those big goals!
