Basic Schedule Outline
Friday: Everyone shows up for a little bit of socialization and general brain storming.
After the writers get to know the actors, the writers stay around to finish the script. Preferably done before midnight.
Check your email first thing in the morning.
Saturday: Everyone shows up at 8:00 am at the shooting location announced in the morning email. Actors get the script to tweak with the writers. Crew discusses shooting and setup. Actors and crew need to be available until 10:00 pm (we will not shoot that long, but just in case).
Sunday: Editors and director/producer show up at editing location and create the film and submit it before the deadline. If anyone wants to stand/sit and watch the process, they can also come.
Start Location on Friday is at my house. I send out final directions the day before. However, your best bet is to find the cross street listed above and then go from there.
After 9:30 pm it will be QUIET TIME. Which means, don't talk to loud so you won't wake Dean 2.0.
