What do you want to make?

Parts for my car building project, tools for my shop and pieces for scale models

I'm Ed Weldon; retired mechanical engineer; hot rodder; HO scale modeler; and home shop machinist. My main interest will be in learning and using the CNC processes for myself and sharing my engineering and manufacturing knowledge with others.

What Ed W. is saying about this Meetup Group

Comparing with Menlo and SF I like the extra space in San Jose even if the layout is less than perfect. And better parking. San Jose lacks the "I wouldn't mind living here if they had showers and were open 24/7 feeling of SF." Maybe that's a good thing. Much less crowded than Menlo, where I'd be always in search of the first available flat spot. Also San Jose has marginally better coffee. That stuff in SF would be great for paving a parking lot. ..... Ed Weldon
