  • So you've jumped on the Arduino bandwagon, you've worked out how to wire up an LED, but aren't sure where to begin with the code?  Then this workshop is for you!

Introductory workshop for beginners! No coding or electronics experience required.  Bring your own laptop or use one of ours!

This is a follow up to our introductory Know Arduino workshop, however is still suitable for complete beginners.

    • Introduction to all the basics
    • Learn how to edit and tweak exisiting examples

    • Learn how to work with libraries
    • Get tips for debugging when things aren't working

It is $40 ($32 USD) to attend the workshop where you will have an Arduino to play with and everything you need to experiment with the examples and components we'll have on show for you.

We also have a limited number of "Know Arduino" starter kits for available for $100. This kit gets you everything you need to get started:

    • Arduino Uno R3, the real deal, no cheap knock-offs
    • 3inch breadboard and jumper wires
    • Inputs - potentiometer, push buttons, thermistor and photo-resistors
    • Outputs - red, green, yellow and RGB LEDs
    • A useful combination of resistors, capacitors, as well as an N-channel MOSFET and diode for controlling bigger stuff...

We have a limited number of kits available so please reserve one by contacting [masked].  If we run out there will be a 2 week lead time for the next kits.
