We all have relationships, each connection we have with other people is a relationship. Some relationships, inspire us, are based on mutual sharing, supportive and bring out the very best in us, however there are others which do not have the same positive results. These relationships can be very detrimental to our mental health, stress levels, trust and faith in our abilities, our ability to form health relationships with other people or our ability to feel safe in our working environment. Whether the relationship you are trying to make sense of is a family member, friend, partner, spouse, work colleague ex partners etc. or a relationship with yourself, this group is designed to support you in a healthy way and give you the keys to heal. I am a Life Coach and I will be facilitating the group, where the members feel supported, nurtured and to find healing with their difficult relationships. The group members will be encouraged to participate in the discussions, be respectful of other member’s journeys and experiences.
