Manage Your Mind started off as a project running under auspices of a UK charity The International Association of Human Values (IAHV) specialises in providing courses to reduce stress and anxiety and or anger management. Our course/workshops are aimed at adults/young people in a wide range of situations including high stress environments, following disaster, and for those who just want to de-stress and improve their lives.
After its continued success and growth, MYM branched away from the charity and has now set up as a Community Interest Company (company number 10639227). Whilst we operate independently of IAHV, our overall aims and objectives are essentially the same and we continue to maintain a partnership in providing courses that improve the health and well being of the community .
We make a life-transforming difference to the lives of people by teaching them how to manage stress, improve behavior and interpersonal skills and develop a more positive outlook on life. Feedback from previous workshops in Medway has shown that over 90% of participants felt calmer, more relaxed and peaceful. Over 95% felt the points learnt during the workshop could be applied in their lives and would recommend the workshop to others.
