Welcome! Most of our events are currently hosted virtually for anyone anywhere with internet access :) As circumstances permit, we may begin holding more in-person events in the near future.

We're here for anyone who would like to incorporate more yoga, meditation, and general wellness practices into their daily life. Our group also hold events with subject matter that parallels the topics of holistic wellness, happiness, and general well being including but not limited to herbal and natural remedies, intentional energy work, and holistic nutrition.

Please let us know if there are specific topics of natural wellness you'd like to know more about, your suggestions for events are welcome!

Beginner/Gentle Evening Wind Down Yoga Class hosted by KNOW Yoga

Join in for a soothing and gentle beginner level yoga class to help you wind down for the evening right from the comfort of your home. Although this class is geared towards the practitioner with little to no experience, all levels are welcome. There will be lots of specific guidance on how to safely and properly get into and out of each pose, as well as tips on how to make adjustments and use whatever props and tools are available to you in order to make your practice work for your body. WHAT YOU'LL NEED: If you have a yoga mat, blocks, and a strap available please have them handy. A towel, non-slip books, and a belt work as good substitutes too. Having water to sip on nearby is a good idea as well. Payment is to be made with debit/credit card or paypal account (not cash) here: www.paypal.me/paymentsvcs Once you've made your payment the zoom link and password will be sent to you. RSVPs close 1 hour before event time so please be sure to have your RSVP and payment completed in plenty of time to receive the link and password. *This is a regularly scheduled class for 5pm on most Mondays thru Fridays.
