They cost £3 per session
These sessions offer a chance to step out of your busy day and stop for a short time to create some space and calm in your mind and develop a positive thought to carry back into the rest of your day.
We can think that we are too busy to stop but you will be surprised to see that the busyness and tension can reduce in a short time. Through seeing this we will begin to understand that the stress and tension we can often feel are not as solid and fixed as we think. Gradually we can learn to let go of the sense of pressure and tension we feel much more easily and instead deal with the difficulties and situations we encounter from a more balanced and wise space.
