Overcoming Anxiety & Fear Meditation Course

with Principal Teacher Gen Lhachog

We all want to be happy and we all want to get rid of problems. What if the causes of happiness and problems were not all out there? What if instead of re-arranging our external conditions we could begin to cultivate happiness and remove the causes of our own problems within our own mind?
These talks are open to everyone and offer an opportunity to understand how modern Buddhism and meditation are easily integrated into our daily lives so that we can begin to develop inner peace the real cause of happiness. It also teaches us to recognise the causes of our problems, the anger and uncontrolled desire, within our own mind and provides the tools to remove them completely.
The talks also include guided meditations, with explanation about how to use mindfulness to bring the meditation experience to our daily life.
