We welcome all age groups and levels of fitness to experience this amazing form of exercise! Chen style Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that combines fitness, health and relaxation. Its movements are harmonious, graceful, slow and are ideal for all abilities as they are performed standing up. Tai Chi is endorsed by the Harvard Medical School and our NHS.

We are fully qualified instructors and professional martial artists, professionally insured and First-Aid trained. We deliver classes on Chen Tai Chi, as taught by Grandmaster Chen Zheng Lei and his lineage.
The classes consist of :
• the silk reeling 14 form (foundation)
• the 18 form (beginner-intermediate level)
• 8 different qi gong forms of approximately 8-12 movements each (as organised and promoted by the Chinese Health Qi Gong Association).
We also deliver workshops on weapon forms (fan, sword, broadsword).
Sessions last for 50 minutes. Each session is priced individually. The sessions at Ziferblat Café, Manchester cost £5 each and last for 90 minutes.
