What we're about

If you want to get involved in playing touch rugby then you’re in the right place!

Touch rugby is non contact (a two handed touch is as rough as it gets), so you shouldn’t get hurt, it is a great way to have fun, improve your fitness and meet people.

Men and women of all abilities, fitness levels, shapes, sizes and ages are welcome.

If you don’t know the game, don’t worry, you can pick it up quite easily and have some good fun and laughs along the way. We have new people coming along most weeks and you don’t need to commit to coming every week, just play if and when you can – you’ll love it.

We play on a Saturday morning at Longford Park in Stretford (use the entrance by the Quadrant), we play for between 1 and 2 hours with regular breaks, but if you turn up late or need to leave early that’s fine.

NB: We are a non professional, informal group. Although injuries are rare, everyone plays at their own risk.

Swap to Thursdays in summer months 7pm - 8.30pm (May to August) and to Saturdays in winter months 11am to 12.30pm (September to April).
