Join Trina and Grace at the Beauty and the Balayage Studio on Sunday’s at 12:30 for a meditation session. These sessions are here to encourage you to press pause on your everyday busy life so that you can slow down and tune in to your own self. By practicing daily meditation you will notice a shift in perspective, emotions, and overall well-being. Each class will include different guided meditations and affirmations to allow the body to drop in and allow you to get in touch with your higher self. No meditation experience is necessary, we just ask that you bring an open mind, a yoga mat, and any pillows or cozy clothing. Sessions may last anywhere from 20-30 minutes and light refreshments will be provided so feel free to stay and connect afterwards!
