Real Estate Mastermind (Take Action!)

Welcome both novice and expert Real Estate Investors!

We're having another real estate mastermind session this Saturday. We're going to try something new this weekend and stick to a basic "structure" to make the discussions more productive and action-oriented. 

What I mean by this is attendees are expected to come in with the desire to actually act upon what they learn from this mastermind. Members will hold each other accountable for what they have committed, whether its to learn something new, find out about a particular property, raise capital etc. 

As the members have shown last Saturday we are growing and with a wide variety of expertise, our collective intelligence grows as well. Each member, whether novice or expert, has something unique to contribute. 

In any case, here's what we plan for Saturday:

1. Networking - 9 to 10 AM - introduce yourselves based on what you do, your specialties, and what brought you to the meetup. 

2. Mastermind Session -10 AM to 12 PM - the mastermind session will focus on offering potential solutions to each members particular real estate investment related business problem or challenge. This may come in the form of lessor problems, lack of capital, a particular property etc. 

Each attendee is given a maximum of 2 Minutes to describe her challenge. It's better to be concise. Get to the center of the problem so we could help you.

Once this is done, each participant is given the chance to offer possible solutions to the problem/challenge. 

You are very much welcome to pitch your business, offer a connection, etc. just make sure that it solves the problem at hand directly. 

REMINDER - This session is about Real Estate Investing, and not about any other business. Please be on topic all the time.

3. Closing Session- A roundup of the problems solved and confirmation of the next steps to be done. Plus an exchange of numbers if needed.
