If you're busy and fast food is unavoidable, there are food types that if you eat more of them you'll manage your weight better. By eating more of these foods, you'll lose weight instead. But what's important also is a sense of community that provides encouragement and constant communication to support each other. My wife and I and my kids never gained weight for decades now and we just realized that it's worth sharing to others what we know and what we've been doing.
