"Hiking Meditation" is a hiking group in Marin California that combines hiking with meditation. Some of us have meditated for years, but most of us have little or no experience with meditation. Before each hike begins, organizer Devi Denson will teach the basics of hiking meditation, along with more advanced methods, the psychology and stages of hiking meditation, emphasis will vary.
Devi Denson is certified by The International Institute For Tibetan Studies to teach "Breathe" is a certified and validated meditation teacher, a graduate of The Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco also validated to teach Yantra Yoga and Yin Yoga, RYT 200, We hike in Marin, an outdoor paradise; where every hike may become your new favorite hike. With over 600 miles of trails, it's a hikers dream and local to the San Francisco Bay Area. An informative description of hikes will be posted when scheduled.
