Cornerstone is an inter-denominational group of Christian singles 55+ who are looking to do life together in a safe environment. We realize that our Christian beliefs, along with opportunities to talk, share, eat, and have fun, can make a difference in our lives and attitudes. Sundays we meet 10:30-noon @Mariners Church, Irvine, in room 205 in the life development building, to share God's words through various speakers and programs.
We often volunteer to serve others, such as the homeless, underprivileged, and the marines at Camp Pendleton.
Some bowl at Tustin Lanes at 11am most 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month, then do lunch. Others bowl at Forest Lanes in Lake Forest on Fridays at 1pm. Bikers ride Saturdays am in the Newport Beach area, followed by breakfast. Some of us party, dance, go to movies, concerts, the theater, and eat together several times a month.
If you thirst for knowledge, have spiritual needs, want to participate in activities, or just yearn to talk and eat with new friends, come and join us. We may just be your cup of tea!
