This is a peer SUPPORT group for entrepreneurs to practice their business/investor pitch, and get and give advice.

The agenda will include:

1) A business model presentation by Janan Platt, prolific author and founder of a publishing company, Janan Creative Arts.

2) A discussion with the Marin Economic Forum to get our group’s input on economic development in Marin County, and what the key drivers and inhibitors are to new and existing businesses in Marin. The group’s discussion and insights will be a part of a county-wide initiative to develop better policy and programs to attract to, and expand our economy.

Please RSVP. It is of great value to the larger group to have an accurate count of how many people will actually attend.

This group is not intended for selling each other our services/products. That may happen as a side benefit, but our raison d'être is peer advisory and support for help to improve your business plan, model, pitch, delivery etc.

A signed NDA (non-disclosure agreement) is required to participate. This is so we can share openly and confidently with each other.

''Would you rather be rich, or would you rather be right?'' — Being ''teachable'' is of the utmost importance at these meetings. Seasoned entrepreneurial veterans come to these events to give you their time, hear your pitch and give honest feedback. Gratitude and humility go a long way.

$10 donation requested.
