Topic: Jump-Starting Application Development with MarkLogic Application Services

MarkLogic is an ideal platform for building rich, interactive applications that leverage unstructured and semi-structured information. Learn how the latest version of MarkLogic Application Services can simplify prototyping and building compelling applications. Senior Product Manager, Justin Makeig, will walk through loading content with Information Studio and then building and customizing a full-featured search application with Application Builder ? from a directory of files to a complete application in 30 minutes, from within a web browser.

Speaker Bio:

Justin Makeig is a Senior Product Manager at Mark Logic and self-professed user experience nerd. He is focused on enhancing and simplifying the tools and processes used to build rich, usable, high-performance applications with MarkLogic Server. Justin has over 10 years of experience designing and developing data-driven applications for start-ups and large organizations using XML and web technologies. Justin holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
