Are you looking for an informal group to learn self help meditation techniques, improve your self development and receive insights in how to manage your life.
We are an open friendly group of men and women who meet monthly (one group on a Monday Evening and One group on a Tuesday Evening)
All participants pay for one session at a time only by booking in for the following Month at each meeting.
We practise short visualisations that you can use at home as well as longer Guided Meditations where you receive insights about your self and how to manage your life challenges.
