Qigong is an ancient Chinese mindbody practice of self-healing and self-improvement. There are two main branches of qigong, martial qigong and medical qigong. Medical qigong is primarily designed for health and well-being, and performance enhancement comes as a secondary benefit. Martial qigong is primarily designed for performance enhancement, and health and well-being comes as a secondary benefit. This Meetup group is for Martial Qigong!
