Have you ever wanted to learn to swing a kettlebell? Are you stuck in a boring gym routine? Would you like to become fitter, leaner & stronger? Beginners and experienced come out to work on kettlebell skills in a small group setting. Kettlebell training in a HIIT/Bootcamp style where no training session will be the same! Deadlifts, swings, get-ups and squats - plus so much more!
