Attire: Loose comfortable clothing and flat shoes.
*Tai chi, often referred to as “moving meditation,” is a Chinese martial art that has evolved over centuries to become a means to enhance one’s health. It has been shown to improve flexibility, balance and self-control. Tai Chi involves gentle physical exercise, stretching and continual mental focus.
