My local social network includes bee keepers, heating/lumber wood
suppliers, golf course owners and landscaping companies. They won't all
want to live on the site - but they could. I have friends who are
interested in turning Seaspan containers into housing. I am attempting to
organize them into a functioning sustainable successful business. I think
it is a case of creating the plan that will attract individuals willing to
join voluntarily. Depends also on stability of existing government.

Each 'minister' has to be a resident of the greater geographic community
and may operate a sustainable little business. The 49 (max allowed for
private companies) are members of an iTeam. To comply with regulations
there will have to be names plugged into the org chart, but the management
can be conducted with an iTeam. An iTeam is a flash mob of managers from 1
to millions in size who form to solve a problem - any problem perceived is
posted on public Internet website of the umbrella corporation and open to
all interested parties. The iTeam grows organically, spontaneously until
the solution is found or people become bored. Then the iTeam dispurse.
    Management org charts become irrelevant.

Designing a new civilization within old regulations. I see an umbrella
community corporation with the benefits of a non-profit church that owns
the plot and builds a residence for up to 49 'minister's who can live on
the property. Each 'minister' owns a $1 share and the balance of a million plus
shares starts life in the corporate treasury and is paid out for real
assets (recognized by the old world) acquired by the corporation. All
disbursements from the treasury require unanimous consent.

Presently looking for 49 people in the Greater Ottawa Area (GOA) interested in joining an 'iTeam' (there is an 'i' in 'iTeam'). These sustainable business owners will be the directors of a 'for profit' business that will be a 'Habitat for Sustainable Business'. They will be artist or artisan, people who keep bees, supply firewood, run landscape companies or golf courses Each iTeam member will be required to be resident in the GOA and purchase a $1 share. The corporation will borrow everything else it needs from the community it serves. Chris Tidman (613)[masked]

I have a solid business and I am in the process of opening 2 other businesses, one being in the area of agriculture. Looking to connect with like minded people. I have been a catalyst and worked in many teams for many years that have accomplished seemly impossible tasks. I enjoy team building and developing team dynamics to create amazing chemistry which produces real results. The careful balance of creativity and pragmatism in a team is so exciting and the results speak for themselves. I want to build an entrepreneurial team of diverse skill sets and talents from people of similar character and ideology. Most of the teams I have worked with included a rare combination of traits. Incredible gifted geniuses that have a complete grip on there egos and put the team and its members first to accomplish the goals and produce results. If this sounds interesting to you I would like to meet.

    Thank you

Michael, that peaks my interest, as I absolutely love working in a team setting with a solid goal in mind! Perhaps as a freelance Industrial Designer, I could add my skill sets to your talent pool?
