Chi‐Gong is easy to do, remember and master, so you can learn and apply it in your daily practice right away.
In this Health and Fitness Chi‐Gong, you will learn about the important basics of focused breathing, body postures, movements, meditation, and visualization techniques to strengthen your body, mind and spirit.
