The Mastermind Alliance for Colorado Executives is a collaborative group for business owners and executives. This is a unique group that aims to create a comfortable, confidential and constructive environment that will benefit each member. Meetings will be discussions based on topics determined by members. Experts will be invited to speak on appropriate and relevant topics.
The success of our Mastermind meetings will be directly related to the contributions of each member. We aim to establish a true mastermind group where each member will grow through shared knowledge and experiences. We will help each other meet our business goals and push towards new ones.
Mastermind groups will be limited to 15 peers. Groups will be limited to 1 professional field to avoid any conflicts of interest. Please contact us to discuss the details.

WHO: Business owners or decision makers. We will be limiting the group and attendance will be crucial to the reaching full potential.

WHAT: Mastermind groups offer a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen your business and personal skills. A mastermind group helps you and your mastermind group members achieve success.
Participants challenge each other to set powerful goals, and more importantly, to accomplish them. The group requires commitment, confidentiality, willingness to both give and receive advice and ideas, and support each other with total honesty, respect and compassion. Mastermind group members act as catalysts for growth, devil’s advocates and supportive colleagues. This is the essence and value of mastermind groups.
WHY: Success. We all want to grow our businesses and achieve success in some capacity. This group is aimed at helping each other gain that success.
WHEN: Meet twice monthly with up to 15 peers. If the group grows larger we will start a second meetup at a different time.

HOW: We will be discussing topics on a strategic schedule to ensure relevant topics are discussed. We will be providing guidance to keep meetings on topic and that everyone benefits from the discussions. The details/outline of these topics will be determined in the first meetings and adjusted as the group sees fit.
DETAILS: Attendance will be important to reach the full potential. Confidentiality will also be paramount as everyone needs to be comfortable discussing business details.
NOT: What this is not is a typical leads group. We will discuss how we can help each other grow our businesses. People will NOT be selling "packages"or "memberships".
