A mastermind group is a platform where several participants meet with a common goal to share, understand, learn and improve their performance in their respective fields. These meetings turn out to be a wonderful synergy of commitment and energy. The members of a Mastermind group get a chance to share their opinions, ideas, queries, successes, and downfalls.

As a part-time business coach, I work with leaders, managers, social workers, and direct care staff in the human services field to manage stress and build resilience. I know because I have been there! Human services professionals who handle increasing caseloads, suffer poor supervision, work for toxic leaders or are frequently on-call are at risk of developing syndromes such as compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma. You embarked on your career with a burning desire to help others and make a difference in the world and now you’re physically exhausted and emotionally drained. This mastermind group will focus on stress management and resilience as the main theme. Some topics include:

Identify specific steps to maximize your performance

Manage work/life balance and stressors

Develop the ability to see problems differently & devise a better solution

Learn to navigate toxic cultures, leaders and the political landscape

Find solutions, build skills, and resolve real-time challenges

Each Mastermind participant becomes part of a committed, nurturing community within which to celebrate successes, strategize new ideas and processes, and meet the cross-cultural challenges of creating and working towards outstanding results.

P.S. You don't have to in the human services field to reap the rewards of this mastermind group!!

Snack and beverages are provided!
