The mind is a powerful thing. It can keep us frozen in place or forging ahead with inspiration. This is a group of supportive peers practicing self care and self improvement. The group is lead by Licensed Psychotherapist Patricia Petrone, LMHC. We cover a variety of wellness topics such as Mindfulness meditation, stress relief tactics, inspirational discussion, coping skills, goal setting, secrets of mind mastery, nutrition, fitness, and relaxation retreats. Master the art of the positive and inspired mind and reap the physical and mental benefits that this type of self care promotes. Meet-ups will be kept at an intimate size for group cohesiveness. Join us and reserve meet up spots while available. We pride ourselves on being one of the only groups in the area lead by a NYS licensed health professional with years of experience in group work and guided meditative practices.
